MORETTI PASSPORT TO ITALY SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. OFFER GOOD ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF
THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE
AND OLDER, AND IF ENTERING ONLINE, HAVE A VALID E-MAIL
ADDRESS AND INTERNET ACCESS AS OF June 1st, 2008.
 VOID IN CA, TN AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

  1. ENTRY: Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 06/01/08 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/08.  There are three ways to enter:

    1) Complete the Official Entry Form and mail to the address indicated. Limit one entry per envelope per person, household or address per day.

    2) You may also enter by hand printing your name, address, day and evening telephone numbers and your date of birth on a 3”x 5”card, and mailing it to: Moretti Passport to Italy Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1466, Lancaster, PA 17573. Limit one entry per envelope per person, household or address per day. All entries must be postmarked by 12/31/08 and received by 01/15/09. Mechanically reproduced entries not accepted.

    3)  Log on to www.morettibeer.com between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 06/01/08 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/08 and complete an Official Entry Form. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/08. To enter online you must have a valid e-mail address and Internet access as of 06/01/08.

    Limit one (1) entry per person, household, or e-mail address per day. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  Sponsor reserves the right to change or withdraw the Sweepstakes without notice if the Web site becomes infected with a virus or is otherwise technically corrupted. In the event Sponsor does so, Sponsor shall post notice thereof on the Sweepstakes Web site, and all eligible entries received prior to termination will be eligible for the prize drawing. Sponsor not responsible for transmission defaults, computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data transmitted by entrants. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, postage due entries or any typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

  2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter, you must be a legal resident of the continental U.S.,  21 years of age or older, and if entering online, must have a valid e-mail address and Internet access as of 06/01/08. Void in CA, TN and where prohibited by law. Employees of Star Brand Imports and its wholesalers, distributers, and retailers, their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries as well as their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this sweepstakes.

  3. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing on or about 01/31/09, by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by telephone, and confirmed in writing.

  4. PRIZE: One (1) Trip to Italy for two (2) people. Trip includes roundtrip airfare for  two (2) from a major airport closest to winner’s residence, and 4 nights accommodations in Italy (standard room, double occupancy). (ARV $4,500.00) Must complete travel by June 30, 2009 and each person must have a valid passport to travel.

  5. PRIZE CONDITIONS: No transfer, substitution or cash value equivalent for prize offered, except at sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release to be returned within 14 days of prize notification or prize award will be void and an alternate winner selected. All federal, state and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Except where prohibited by law, the winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said winners’ names, photographs, likenesses, statements, biographical information, voices and addresses (city and state) on a worldwide basis and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

  6. SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Entries become the sole property of the sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective officers, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize offered or participation in any sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Void where prohibited by law.
